Algemeen Lotto Cycling Team joins forces with Galfer

Following its partnership with the Basque bicycle brand Orbea, the Lotto Cycling Team has secured another southern sponsor. Galfer, a Spanish producer of braking components, will support the team with cutting-edge materials for the 2025 season. The components provided include the renowned Disc Wave® Road brake discs in ø140mm (76g, center-lock model) and Pro G1554T brake pads, specifically designed for competition. These pads are known for their immediate performance without requiring a break-in period. Galfer's ultralight designs ensure superior performance, control and reliability. Additionally, the team and its riders will serve as a testing platform for Galfer’s new center-lock disc prototypes currently under development.

The close collaboration with Orbea, with whom Lotto Cycling Team has a five-year partnership, played a key role in establishing this new alliance. It highlights the shared mission of all parties to drive innovation and deliver top-level performance. Not only will the bikes of the team's 25 professional riders be equipped with Galfer braking systems, but the Orbea Orca and Orbea Orca Aero models used by the Lotto Ladies Team and the Lotto Development Team will also feature Galfer components this season.
