Development Matys Grisel continues strong form with 5th place in GP Rik Van Looy
Matys Grisel is on form. After his fourth place in Honnelles last Friday, he finished fifth today in the GP Rik Van Looy. "My legs are really good at the moment."

He already showed last week that he is in good shape. And now Matys Grisel goes one step further, with another fine result in the Grote Prijs Rik Van Looy. "It was an exceptionally fast and nervous race," he says. "Today we were working for Liam (Van Bylen) in the sprint, and the final 20 kilometers went exactly according to plan. But in the last kilometer Liam lost my wheel. I went for it, but I felt that none of our teammates were able to come through. One rider stayed ahead, so we were sprinting for second place anyway. In the end, I finished fifth. I’m very happy with the feeling in my legs right now, but it’s a pity that the hard work of the team wasn’t rewarded today."
