Development Consistency, strength and collective performance mark our Tour de Rwanda

Our team concludes this year’s Tour de Rwanda with a series of significant achievements that reflect our collective strength and competitive ambition. From the opening stages onwards, the team positioned itself prominently within the peloton, maintaining an active and decisive role in the development of each stage. Today’s stage also once again highlighted the depth and cohesion of the squad. The team adopted an offensive strategy, ensuring representation in every significant move and breakaway, allowing us to remain in control of the race.

We rode offensively, supporting one another seamlessly and maintaining pressure on our competitors. “It was impressive to see how strong our whole team was, not only today but throughout the whole week. Edouard (Claisse) was also really strong during the first three days”, Cuylits reflects on the team performance.

While the stage win narrowly escaped us, our objectives for the race were clear — and we delivered. “As a team, we managed to tick off all our targets this week. We took the team classification, a podium, Duarte (Marivoet) who took the youth jersey and I was able to wear the green jersey for three days. So we can be really satisfied about our Tour de Rwanda”, Cuylits concludes.

Beyond the tangible results, this Tour de Rwanda reinforced our identity as a team. The riders showed resilience on difficult terrain, composure under pressure and unwavering support for one another.
