Development Robin Orins finishes 2nd in the Hel van Voerendaal

Robin Orins is the leader in the U23 Road Series, so it was logical for him to start in the Hel van Voerendaal in the Netherlands. "Since the Tour Alsace, I've been riding with a very good feeling, so I felt absolutely ready for today." The peloton entered the final with a fairly large group. "Everything was strung out after a descent at the end, and I was perfectly positioned."

However, a turbulent sprint spoiled the party for Orins. "I really thought I could win, but the rider in front of me pushed me into the barriers, and then a third rider came over us. I eventually finished third, but after the disqualification of the rider in question, I moved up a place. It's a shame it had to end like this."

Orins remains the leader in the U23 Road Series after the Hel van Voerendaal. Matys Grisel becomes the leader in the youth classification.
