ProTeam Milan Menten keeps his consistency: third in fourth stage of the Tour of Slovakia
After a third and a fourth place earlier this week, Milan Menten has once again finished third today in the Tour of Slovakia. “For the first time I felt like I could win, it’s a pity I couldn’t launch my sprint,” he said.

The fourth stage of the Okolo Slovenska, between Vráble and SládkoviÄovo, was one marked by crosswinds. “We were always well positioned,” said Milan Menten. “And even when Soudal Quick-Step opened up the sprint, I was in a good spot.”
Menten decided to go with 250 meters to go. “I felt super good. For the first time this week, I had the feeling that victory was within reach. Unfortunately, I got a bit boxed in along the barriers, so I couldn’t do my sprint the way I wanted.”
Tomorrow, the final stage in Slovakia is on the program.
