Development Driesen triumphs in Ronde de l’Isard

Heading into the final day of Ronde de l'Isard, Driesen and the whole Lotto-Groupe Wanty team faced a challenging stage packed with attacks and pressure from rival teams determined to overturn the general classification. Despite the aggressive racing, the team remained calm and fully in control throughout the decisive moments of the stage.

Supported perfectly by his teammates during the difficult climbs and fast finale, Driesen once again proved to be one of the strongest riders in the race. In the final kilometers, he battled for the stage victory and eventually crossed the line in second place, more than enough to secure his overall triumph in convincing fashion.

For Niels Driesen, the victory is a reward for both his hard work and the collective effort of the team over the past days.

“I’m extremely happy to win this race”, Driesen said afterwards. “The team was incredible from the first stage until the last kilometer today. Everyone believed in this result and we all worked so hard to make it happen.”
