As of January 2027, Brandon Fedrizzi will wear the jersey of our Lotto-Groupe Wanty Development Team for two seasons. After that, he will take the step up to the highest level for at least two seasons by joining our Lotto-Intermarché World-Tour team. Fedrizzi, currently riding in the juniors category, who  recently won the E3 Saxo Classic Nation Cup Juniors, will thus be signing an agreement for four years. With this phased approach, Lotto-Intermarché aims to give the young and talented rider the necessary time and support to develop himself towards the highest level, as stated in the DNA of the team.

Brandon Fedrizzi is a young Italian sprinter from Bolzano, who is currently riding for the Italian team Borgo Molino Vigna Fiorita. Besides winning E3 Saxo Classic this year, he also claimed victory in GP Giuliano Baronti, became second in Piccola Liegi Delle Bregonze - Casa Enrico and became third in GP Rinascita. Fedrizzi: “I choose for Lotto-Groupe Wanty and Lotto-Intermarché because their professional development team is highly regarded. This is what I always dreamed of. I am looking forward to learning a lot and to making the step up to the highest level of cycling. Next to that, I am convinced that as a sprinter with a big passion for the Classics, I am at the right place at Lotto-Intermarché.”

Focus on talent development has always been a key asset in the DNA of Lotto-Intermarché. The team offers both national and international riders a structured support, with assistance from coaches, nutritionists and opportunities via training camps. Like this, Brandon Fedrizzi joins the list of previous talents like Felix Ørn-Kristoff, Simone Gualdi, Mathieu Kockelmann, Matys Grisel and Jarno Widar, aiming to develop himself step by step towards the highest level of cycling.

Sports Manager Kurt Van de Wouwer: “Talent development is one of the key assets within Lotto-Intermarché. Our talent development program belongs to one of the best in the WorldTour. The past five years, our team delivered 28 cyclists to the professional peloton. Fedrizzi is really young and is signing for four years, this gives him the chance to take his time to grow in a protected environment.”

CEO Jean-François Bourlart: “Attracting young and promising riders suits perfectly within our long term vision. We want to build a sustainable future with talent that we can grow ourselves in order to invest in the next generation of talents. Brandon Fedrizzi is an excellent example of our ambition. We are fully convinced of his potential.”
